I recommend people with hdtv's to go out of their way and purchase an upscale dvd player(s).  These do not enhance current dvd titles in your possession to "true" hd, but it sure as hell makes it look better, at the least, more pleasurable!  A website with insightful information is located here:

12 custom made DVD's with 15 episodes on each.  If you're interested in what episodes are where, just do the math, example: 3rd DVD contain episodes 45-59, and so on... It is in WIDESCREEN format, great for vacations on portables, great quality on standard TV sets.  May have some issues on hdtv's, but hey, who's complaining?
